We recommend you the following steps as soon as you receive your shipment.

  • Inspect the contents carefully for any shipping damage or physical defects.
  • Verify that the products you have received are correct
  • To receive a replacement, damaged merchandise must be reported within seven business days from the date of delivery.

 

Follow the packing instructions below if you aren’t satisfied with the packaging you have received.

2. Package Your Return

  • Returns must be received in their original condition within 15 days. Items that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted.
  • Include your invoice with your return.
  • If your item is returned in its original condition after it arrives, you will receive a refund using the same method of payment that was used to place the order. You will need to place a new order if there is an alternative item or size that you prefer.
